MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Head coach Rex Walters and the University of San Francisco men's basketball program have once again partnered with Coaching for Literacy in support of CFL's Assistant Coach Program.
USF is joined in the 2015-16 Assistant Coach Program lineup by 17 NCAA basketball programs, three NCAA football programs and the Washington Wizards of the NBA. Last season, USF's involvement generated critical awareness about literacy and raised nearly $3,500 for local educational programs.
"We are honored to partner with Coaching for Literacy for a second straight year," said Walters.
