SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- Competing against each other for the second time in the month of February, the USF Dons men's tennis team (4-4) came up just short at home as they fell to the UC Irvine Anteaters 4-3 on Saturday afternoon at the California Tennis Club.
The Dons started fast as a team winning two of the three doubles matches to get the first point of the afternoon. UC Irvine responded by winning four of the six singles matches to take the victory in San Francisco on Saturday. Phuc Hunyh and Stevie Gould each won their singles match to secure the final two points for USF against UCI.
