SAN FRANCISCO — The University of San Francisco Athletics Department, in partnership with the USF Department of Recreational Sports, will host Friday Night Fights at the Hilltop on Friday, Sept. 30, 2016. Friday Night Fights is an inaugural event featuring professional and amateur boxing bouts. This first-of-its-kind tournament will take place in the newly renovated War Memorial Gym at the Sobrato Center
on the USF campus (2335 Golden Gate Avenue at Roselyn Terrace). Doors open at 6 p.m., bouts begin at 7 p.m.
"USF is proud to present this first-class boxing event," said Frank Allocco, senior associate athletic director for external relations at USF.
