TF | Lind Breaks Own School Record at Hornet Invitational

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco track and field began their outdoor campaign with an impressive showing at the Hornet Invitational that saw the Dons break one school record, win three separate events and seven top-five finishes.

The day got off to a great start with the performances by both the men and women in the 1,500-meter event. On the women's side, Marie Bouchard and Lizzie Bird (running unattached) ran away from the field, outpacing the third-place runner by almost six seconds. Bouchard's time of 4:19.28 was a personal best for her, and a national leading mark as well.
