SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- New USF head baseball coach Rob DiToma is no stranger to a challenge.
After inheriting the head job at Farleigh Dickinson and posting the program's best record since 2016, DiToma helped build a culture that led to immediate impact on the field for a small school in the Northeast.
When an opening for a new position 2,900 miles away from where he grew up presented itself, the opportunity was the exact kind of challenge DiToma desired. Quickly thereafter, he was named the fifth head coach of USF's baseball program.
Alongside his side the whole way, DiToma's fiancée Adrian has been the rock in his life, as well as the newest addition to the DiToma family- their son Chase.
