SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - The University of San Francisco men's basketball team saw historic success on the hardwood this season, which included notching 20+ wins for the seventh straight season (excluding the COVID season in 2020-21).
The following points highlight
1. USF's record of 22-9 is tied for the 6th most regular season wins in the program's 97-year history.
2. For the first time since the program returned from shutdown in 1985, the Dons notched 3 wins over Power conference teams in the same season. These wins included:
- First Big East win since 2013
- First Big Ten win since 2004
- First SEC win since 1981
