SAN FRANCISCO -- Frankie Ferrari scored 17 points on 6-of-9 shooting and Chase Foster scored 13 and San Francisco defeated Loyola Marymount 72-63 on Saturday.
San Francisco (16-13, 8-8 West Coast) now has won four of its last five games while Loyola Marymount (8-19, 3-13) has dropped four of five. Jimbo Lull added 10 points for the Dons as he, Ferrari and Foster made 15 of San Francisco's 24 field goals.
The Lions owned a 42-31 rebounding advantage -- which included 17 on the offensive end -- but shot just 38 percent (24 of 64) from the field.
