SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- Wrapping up their season on a high note, the USF Dons women's soccer team (8-5-6, 3-3-3) came out victorious on Saturday night at Negoesco Stadium as they knocked off fellow Bay Area rival the Saint Mary's Gaels (5-6-7, 1-4-4) 1-0 on Saturday night on a cold and rainy night in the City.
Kenna Roth was able to find the back of the net late in the first half for the lone goal on Saturday night off a corner from Marissa Vasquez, and goalkeeper Megan Nail was able to record her third straight clean sheet while corralling four saves against the Gaels.
