BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The University of San Francisco baseball team (7-5) dropped a 4-0 non-conference decision to CSU Bakersfield (2-10), falling in the series finale at Hardt Field.

- CSU Bakersfield took the lead in the bottom of the second inning on an Elijah Pelayo RBI groundout. After the first two batters reached on a walk and a hit by pitch, a failed pickoff attempt from Joe Soberon moved the runners into scoring position. Pelayo quickly followed with a groundball to second base, scoring Jacob Gutierrez.
