FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- Back in action up over a mile high, the USF Dons women's tennis team (1-2) battled hard against a tough Colorado State Rams team (2-1) in the altitude before ultimately coming up short on the road Sunday afternoon by a 4-3 final score.
USF got off to a strong start on Sunday in the altitude as the duo of and picked up the 6-3 victory as the first doubles pairing before the Rams took the following two matches earning the team doubles point.
Singles play accounted for the three Dons' points on Sunday, as , and each picked up individual victories competing with USF.
