SAN FRANCISCO – Pat McCurry, who served as an assistant coach for the Boise State cross country and track and field program for the last two years, has been named USF's head cross country and track and field coach, Director of Athletics Scott Sidwell announced today.
"Pat brings a wealth of experience at winning and recruiting at the highest level," said Sidwell. "He will continue the great growth of our track and field program, we are looking forward to our continued success in the classroom and in competition".
McCurry becomes just the third head coach of the cross country and track and field program, taking over from legendary head coach Helen Lehman-Winters.
