AUGUSTA, Ga. – Riana Mission of the University of San Francisco women's golf team has officially been invited to participate in the Augusta National Women's Amateur on Wednesday, April 2 – Saturday, April 5 at the historic Augusta National Golf Club, becoming the first golfer in program history to compete in the prestigious event.
"I am incredibly honored to be invited to the Augusta National Women's Amateur," Mission said. "To be able to play at Augusta is a rare opportunity, and as such, it has been one of my goals since its inception. Receiving this invitation, just like the pros do for the Masters, felt like a dream come true.
