SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco men's golf team had three members take home West Coast Conference All-Academic honors as announced by the conference office on Friday. Earning the honors are junior Tim Widing and sophomores Alex Chin and Soren Lind.
Widing, an International Business major boasts a 3.57 GPA. This is the second all-academic honor for the three-time First Team All-WCC honoree. Widing led USF with an average score of 71.6 this season which was eighth best in the WCC. He boasts 17 rounds of par or better this year and has carded 113 birdies and has six top-10 finishes.
