CARROLLTON, Texas – The University of San Francisco men's golf team spent Monday's second round of the Maridoe Intercollegiate climbing the leaderboard. The Dons moved up three spots to finish tied for fifth through two rounds after shooting a 10-over 298 in the second. After 36 holes, USF has a 28-over 604 (306-298).
"Today was a great response," said head coach Jack Kennedy. "To shoot one of the best rounds of the day in those conditions shows what kind of talent and resolve this group has. We put ourselves right back in position to win a golf tournament.
