SAN FRANCISCO – Damari Milstead, a transfer from Grand Canyon University, signed a financial aid agreement to attend the University of San Francisco. He will join the Dons next season and will be eligible to play in 2020-21.
The 6-2, 190-pound guard, is a native of Oakland, Calif., where he attended Moreau Catholic High School. The two-time letter winner for the Lopes played in 34 games last season, starting 26. He finished the season with 351 points, fourth on the team, and averaged 10.3 points per game while shooting 40.3 percent from the field.
"We are really excited to have Damari join our program here at USF," said first-year USF head coach Todd Golden.
