SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - Director of Athletics Larry Williams announced on Tuesday that Pinder Nijjar has had the interim tag removed from his title and has been hired as head coach of the women's soccer program.
Prior to the 2024, Williams named Nijjar interim head coach on Aug. 1 after former head coach Jim Millinder retired following eleven years at the helm of the Dons. With his appointment, Nijjar becomes the sixth head coach in program history.
"I can't thank Larry Williams enough for the opportunity to lead this program," said Nijjar. "I'd like to once again show my appreciation to Jim Millinder for his guidance throughout all of my years on the Hilltop and for giving me my first opportunity at the collegiate level.
