BERKELEY, Calif. – Traveling across the Bay Bridge for an afternoon showdown in Berkeley, the University of San Francisco women's soccer team (0-4) fell on the road at Cal (1-2), 5-1, on Thursday afternoon.

- Starting the scoring early on, Cal got on the board first at the 6:32 mark as Karlie Lema drove down the right side of the pitch before delivering a pass to the cutting Rilee Harmon in the box as Harmon tapped home the goal to give the Golden Bears a 1-0 advantage.
- For the Dons, Gabby Rizzo attempted a shot of her own in the 11th minute, but could not quite find the back of the net to start.
