SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco men's basketball team had five players named to the West Coast Conference All-Academic team as announced by the conference office on Wednesday, four earning first team honors. Nate Renfro, Matt McCarthy, Jordan Ratinho and Charles Minlend were earned first team honors and Jimbo Lull earned honorable mention accolades.
To qualify, a student-athlete must be of at least sophomore standing, own a minimum 3.20 grade point average and be a starter or an important reserve, having participated in at least 50 percent of the institution's completed contests.
