SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Following a wildly successful fall season, the University of San Francisco finds itself in second place in the latest Commissioner Cup standings. Buoyed by conference championships in men's soccer and women's cross country, the Dons currently sit in second with 34.0 points, one behind overall leader BYU.
USF owns the top spot in the men's all-sports trophy race with 18.0 points, good for a one-and-a-half-point lead over Portland. In addition to their men's soccer title, the Dons posted a third place showing at the conference's cross country championships, earning eight points.
On the women's side, USF garnered 16 points overall.
