SAN FRANCISCO — The University of San Francisco men's basketball team started out hot and never relented and in the end the Dons came away with an emphatic 82-63 over visiting BYU on Saturday night at War Memorial at the Sobrato Center.
Five Dons finished in double-figures, as USF (16-3, 4-1 WCC) shared the ball beautifully. recorded a team-high 21 points and seven assists, was second best with 15 (7-for-10), had 14 (7-for-8), put up 13 (5-for-12), and recorded 10 (4-for-7).
USF was incredibly efficient from the field, the Dons shot a season-high 63.6 percent from the floor going 35-for-55, from long range they were deadly connecting on 47.
