Members of the Dons' baseball team wasted little time in getting acclimated to their temporary summer ball homes as many are off to great starts to the summer season.
Leading the way is junior righty Mack Meyer, who has yet to allow a run in his first four summer appearances with the Bethesda Big Train. Meyer has transitioned from one of the Dons' go-to stoppers out of the bullpen during the regular season to a late-inning shutdown force this summer as he has only surrendered three hits in six scoreless innings of work, while striking out three and collecting a pair of saves.
