SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco volleyball team (8-11, 2-5) fell in straight sets, 3-0, to San Diego (10-7, 6-1) Saturday afternoon at War Memorial at the Sobrato Center.

- San Diego opened the first set fast, winning seven of the first nine points. Trailing 7-2, San Francisco scored five of the following seven points to cut the deficit to three, 11-8. Maria Petkova, Aylen Ayub, and Kennedy Muckelroy sparked the rally, tallying kills throughout the scoring run.
- Quickly extending the advantage to eight, the Toreros used a 6-1 run and led 17-9 midway through the frame.
