SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco volleyball team (8-10, 2-4) dropped a straight-sets decision to LMU (12-4, 5-1) Saturday afternoon, falling 3-0 at War Memorial at the Sobrato Center.

- The Dons held their own in the beginning stages of the match, taking a two-point lead, 6-4, early in the first set. Aylen Ayub, Lindsay Oldendorf, and Crystal Galaviz propelled the team offensively throughout the stretch, while Hayden Goodman capped off the run with a solo block.
- The Lions, however, used a 6-0 run to take command of the frame, taking a 10-6 advantage and never relinquished the lead.
