LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- Playing in the semifinals of the WCC Tournament for the second consecutive season, the USF Dons women's basketball team (17-15) fell to the Gonzaga Bulldogs (25-6) 69-55 on Monday afternoon at Orleans Arena. USF couldn't muster much momentum throughout Monday's conference ending loss as the Bulldogs will now take on the one-seeded BYU Cougars on Tuesday to decide which team will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
Ioanna Krimili led both teams with 20 points on Monday while Lucija Kostic had a solid offensive showing scoring a season-high nine points to go along with six rebounds and three assists against the Bulldogs.
