SPOKANE, Wash. – The University of San Francisco women's basketball team (11-15, 7-6 WCC) dropped a 78-48 West Coast Conference decision at No. 16/15 Gonzaga Thursday evening at the McCarthy Athletic Center.

- Gonzaga opened the game with a 10-0 run, capped off with a Kayleigh Truong three-pointer at the 6:49 mark of the first quarter.
- Cami Fulcher got the Dons on the board and sparked a 5-0 run to cut the deficit in half, 10-5, just over a minute later.
- The Zags quickly responded, bumping their advantage back to double-digits, 15-5, on a Brynna Maxwell mid-range jumper with 3:10 remaining in the period.
