SAN FRANCISCO – After knocking off the Nos. 1, 2, and 3 teams in the West Coast Conference, the San Francisco women's basketball team was rewarded for their efforts with a No. 13 seed in the Lexington Region, and a first-round date with No. 5 Stanford at Maples Pavilion. The Dons and the Cardinal face of Saturday at 6 p.m. PT.
Stanford, ranked No. 13 in the AP Top 25 and 16 in the USA Today Coaches Poll, enters the Big Dance with a record of 24-7, and a mark of 14-4 in the Pac-12.
