SAN FRANCISCO – USF head women's basketball coach Molly Goodenbour announced the addition of Swedish forward/center Moa Lundqvist to the Dons' 2017 recruiting class.
Lundqvist, a 6-foot-1 incoming sophomore, spent the 2016-17 campaign at Odessa College where she earned All-Western Junior College Athletic Conference honorable mention honors after starting 30 games, averaging 7.4 points and 7.1 rebounds per contest while shooting over 50 percent from the field. She helped lead the Lady Wranglers to a region-best 29-2 overall record, 13-1 mark in conference play and a quarterfinal appearance in the NJCAA national tournament.
"We are pleased that Moa has chosen to attend USF," Goodenbour said.
