For San Francisco, guard Jamaree Bouyea was named to the prestigious list for the 2021-22 season.
The award, which is presented annually to the top mid-major player in division I college basketball, honors the former Illinois and New Mexico State head coach who won 775 games in 41 seasons.
Using his extra year of eligibility granted by the NCAA during the COVID-19 pandemic, Bouyea returns to USF as a Preseason All-WCC pick for the second straight year after being named to the team in 2020-21.
