SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- A common refrain that often holds true is that the only constant is change. For the USF Dons' cross country program navigating competing through a pandemic as well as a change in the head coaching position provided many challenges.
"Last year presented many challenges and we tried to minimize the stress of the athletes as much as we could," head coach Tim Riley said. "This was really the first time that I was in a position to make a hire and make those decisions to find people that would emulate what our core values are.
