HONOLULU, Hawaii – The University of San Francisco beach volleyball team (0-6) kicked off its second tournament of the season on the road, falling to No. 15 Hawaii (1-6) 4-1 and Saint Mary's (7-3) 3-2 Thursday afternoon at Queen's Beach.

- Opening the tournament against nationally ranked and host Hawaii, the Dons dropped a hard-fought 4-1 decision.
- In the afternoon match, San Francisco dropped in a tight dual match to Saint Mary's, falling 3-2.
- Notably, McKenna Towne and Kaydence Stormes won two matches on the tournament's first day, earning the team two points.
