SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco baseball program earned the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Team Academic Excellence Award for the fourth time in the last five years, announced by the association Wednesday morning.
Following the 2023-24 academic year, the ABCA has recognized over 800 college and high school programs nationwide with the Team Academic Excellence Award, presented by Sports Attack. Nearly 350 high school programs and more than 470 collegiate programs were acknowledged with this year's award.
Coaches nominated their teams for the ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award following the conclusion of their spring semesters before the nomination deadline of July 11.
