SAN FRANCISCO — Hits, walks and runs were aplenty Sunday for the San Francisco baseball team, as everyone got in the action during a 12-1 non-conference victory over CSU Bakersfield at Benedetti Diamond that earned the Dons their first three-game sweep since March 23-25, 2018.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Dons (4-2) finally chased CSU Bakersfield starter Edgar Barclay (1-1) in the sixth as they blew up for five runs in the inning. Two singles to lead off the frame would force the Roadrunners (2-6) to go to the bullpen, where USF would take full advantage.
