SAN FRANCISCO — Another day, another baker's dozen hits for the University of San Francisco baseball team's offense, as the Dons collected 13 hits for the third straight game while scoring eight unanswered runs to win the first game of a two-game non-conference series, 8-2, over Mount St. Mary's at Benedetti Diamond.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- It was somewhat of a slow start for San Francisco (5-7) on Tuesday, going down in order in the first and rolling into a double play in the second that stalled a potential rally after the first two batters reached safely.
