One San Francisco 49ers free-agent who has been overlooked during this year’s off-season is special-teams ace OLB Nick Bellore. Originally an undrafted rookie free-agent from Central Michigan back in 2011, Bellore has been no stranger to starting from the bottom. Whether fighting to make the New York Jets 53-man roster to working his way to the top as a core special-teams player, Bellore is a true gamer when it comes to his on-field performance.
In 2014, Bellore enjoyed a breakout season in which he recorded a team-high 15 tackles on special-teams. And while his athleticism is not elite its’s his high motor, work ethic, and drive that allows him to continue to make plays game in and game out.
