SANTA CLARA — As 49ers flock back to the team facility Monday for the offseason program, franchise-tagged kicker Robbie Gould is not among them.
Gould has yet to sign his $5 million tender, so it’s no surprise he’s not immediately reporting to the nine-week sessions, which are voluntary except for a June 11-13 minicamp.
