One exhibition to go and the 49ers should have a clear idea how their 90-man roster will get trimmed to 53 at week’s end by coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch.

Here’s one projection heading into Thursday’s exhibition finale against the San Diego Chargers:
