UNR cop mocks Kaepernick for Halloween, police chief apologizes

Apparently acting apart from his employer, a police officer from Colin Kaepernick’s alma mater mocked the former 49ers quarterback with his Halloween costume over the weekend. A subsequent statement from University of Nevada, Reno police chief Adam Garcia reportedly condemned the cop’s Kaep caper.

Officer Antonio Gutierrez wore a Kaepernick jersey and a “Will stand for food” sign to a Halloween party last week, along with an afro wig and fake nose in apparent derision of the controversial quarterback…
