In 2014, then-UCLA guard Najee Toran made his college debut when the Bruins visited Virginia and, well, things didn’t go well.
“Didn’t have a good game,” Toran said. “Didn’t play after that. And then I (was moved) to defense.”
Four years later, Toran hopes his NFL debut is far more successful.
With their top two right guards injured, the 49ers will likely turn to Toran to start Sunday when they host the Lions at Levi’s Stadium.
