By virtue of finishing with 6-10 records, the 49ers and Raiders will need a coin toss Friday to settle who drafts Nos. 9 and 10 overall on April 26.
The 49ers, like last year, could trade away their top pick, but they currently own a top-10 pick for the third consecutive draft. The last times they drafted No. 9 or 10, they drafted wide receivers — J.J. Stokes (No. 9, 1995) and Michael Crabtree (No. 10, 2009).
