Takeo Spikes spent three of the last five NFL seasons of his 15-year career with the San Francisco 49ers, but he isn't too hot on his former team after the first few days of free agency.
"I worry about my 49ers," Spikes said on 95.7 The Game Friday afternoon. "The 49ers used to be the only team in the Bay. But now, it seems to me, the momentum has shifted, last year, to the Oakland Raiders."
The 49ers entered free agency with approximately $50 million in salary cap room. They signed quarterback Thad Lewis to a one-year deal on Thursday, but have otherwise been silent.
