According to a recently released survey, the NFL offers its paying customers the worst game day experience of the major U.S. professional sports.
Which really confuses me, because every time cameras show the owner’s box during televised NFL games, it looks like people are having a great time despite their inability to execute a simple man-hug, let alone a high five. Yes, I’m looking at you, Chris Christie.
The survey, conducted by the Temkin Group, focused on nine live-event experiences — select and purchase tickets; parking; enter arena or stadium; find your seat; use the bathroom; purchase food; purchase souvenir; watch game; leave arena or stadium; and open a line of credit to buy two beers.
