49ers mock draft reaction: Derrick Harmon’s a great fit, but is there a tackle to pursue? (paywall)
“He plays D-end at times, he plays three-technique,” Brugler said in a phone interview. “He’s both quick and he’s strong. He’s on the ball carrier a lot more quickly than I think the ball carrier expects.”
The 49ers like defensive linemen who can play multiple spots the way Arden Key, Charles Omenihu and, this year, Yetur Gross-Matos have done. And they’ve had great success with Duck defenseman, from Arik Armstead to DeForest Buckner to Deommodore Lenoir.
My question is, what else could the 49ers get if they ended up at, or around, pick No.
