The San Francisco 49ers may be coming off a 4-12 season, but that doesn’t mean they’re among the NFL’s low-profile franchises this offseason.
While the rumors and speculation about a possible Niners trade for disgruntled Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown have all but died out, other stories and reports are resurfacing and connect San Francisco to New York Giants star wideout Odell Beckham Jr.
This isn’t anything new, although there are conflicting reports from all sides.
Speaking to the media from the 2019 NFL Scouting Combine, Giants general manager Dave Gettleman commented, “We didn’t sign Odell to trade him.
