Well, the San Francisco 49ers won’t be holding the final pick in Round 1 of the 2020 NFL Draft, instead selecting at No. 31 overall after falling to the Kansas City Chiefs in heartbreaking fashion in Super Bowl 54.
One silver lining, albeit one no Niners fan wishes was the case, at least San Francisco will pick ahead of those Chiefs.
Yet the 49ers’ 2020 draft plans are going to look a lot different than what has been the case in recent years. For starters, the selection is no longer in the top third of picks.
