It’s safe to say, that this situation has turned from a headache to a full-blown migraine for San Francisco 49ers general manager John Lynch.
For a while, people were content to take a wait and see approach with Reuben Foster and his legal troubles. Certainly his marijuana possession arrest more raised some eyebrows more than it made people panic.
But now, with his felony domestic violence charge, Lynch has been backed into a corner and has no real choice but to cut the talented linebacker.
Whether or not you agree with it, there is no “innocent until proven guilty” in the NFL.
