The San Francisco 49ers, behind the scenes, are re-laying and re-establishing a new foundation of the structure while continuing to build camaraderie — not just on the field, but off the field and within the organization as well. This was an aspect recently discussed on Niner Noise.
Former NFL linebacker Parys Haralson, who initially joined the 49ers as a fifth-round pick in 2006 out of Tennessee, spent the first six years of his career with the Niners. During that span, he accumulated 21.5 sacks in six seasons before being traded to New Orleans Saints in 2013.
