SANTA CLARA — Although the Rolling Stones got a little extra time on their side at Levi’s Stadium on Aug. 18, two members of the tour’s production team have blasted the city of Santa Clara for imposing onerous micromanaging rules and 11th-hour changes that make the stadium “no longer worth the effort to play there.”
