The Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2016 was trimmed down to 25 semifinalists on Tuesday night.
Two former San Francisco 49ers made the list.
Versatile running back Roger Craig and play-making wide receiver Terrell Owens will have an opportunity to join football's elite fraternity prior to Super Bowl 50 at Levi’s® Stadium. Former 49ers owner Eddie DeBartolo Jr. is this year's contributor finalist and needs 80 percent of the vote from the Hall of Fame committee to be enshrined. Former Raiders quarterback Ken Stabler and former Detroit Lions and Washington guard Dick Stanfel are this year's senior finalists.
