SANTA CLARA — Santa Clara police have released body-worn camera footage and other details of an Oct. 12 domestic incident involving former San Francisco 49ers star Reuben Foster and his estranged girlfriend Elissa Ennis.
The episode at a high-end apartment complex on Lick Mill Boulevard preceded Foster’s arrest in Florida last month for allegedly slapping and pushing Ennis at a Tampa hotel. Foster faced similar domestic violence charges earlier this year when Ennis accused him of assaulting. . .
