Reuben Foster, who suffered a major knee injury in May of 2019 that resulted in nerve damage to his foot, was activated off the PUP list for Washington on Sunday morning. Foster was always a big-time talent, but his off the field issues have plagued Foster’s career. Washington claimed Foster in November of 2018 after the Niners waived Foster after a domestic violence arrest.
